Every order ships free within the US and is processed within 48 hours. Delivery takes 5–10 business days after processing.
Where's my tracking number?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we email you a tracking link. It can take 24–48 hours after that email for the carrier's site to show movement — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Can't find the email?
Check your spam folder first, then email support@wearblackfell.com with the name and postcode on the order and we'll resend it.
Order late, stuck or missing?
Email support@wearblackfell.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you. If it's genuinely lost, we replace it — you don't pay twice.
